1888 is back in the studio writing and rehearsing new material for our second full-length album. Unfortunately our dear friend and lead guitarist/vocalist needed to take a significant break from the 1888 family. So we are working hard to adapt what we can from “HONEY, I’D KILL…” as well as develop the new stuff. We look forward to playing soon and hope you dig the new sound….which will make spines tingle guranteed.
Check out this vid of us rocking “There’s Always Something There To Remind Me”…We were up for Best Album of the Year and Best Pop/Rock band for the 2007 Portfolio Weekly Music Awards so we took part of the awards ceremony which was themed around the year 1983(which was the year that Portfolio Weekly started). We were asked to pick a song from 1983′s Top 100 billboard charts so we picked the above….electronic drums and all. Of course Bobby had to play with one hand due to his recovering from the thumb laceration.
